Although, if a Republican were to nominate a self-professed "born again Christian" you'd have a literal cow over it.

Islam is at war with Western culture, whether you comprehend that or not, is beside the point. Their religious teachings, edicts, fatwas, etc.. are all dedicated to the proposition of destroying Western culture as we know it, and replacing it with Sharia. Part of their strategy, by their own admission, is the glorified act of Taqiyya, or LYING about their intentions. So, if you know "peace loving Muslims" and they are aware you aren't Muslim, they are probably lying to you. The entire religion IS at war with us, it was declared as such by their religious leaders, back in the 1990s. To date, none of their religious leaders have said any differently, nor have they (or will they) speak out against Sharia, or their desire to implement it as law of the land.

The left's obsession with race is well known and understood by black Americans. That's why poet made a point of revealing his skin color on his initial post. Pull out the race card for advantage and special treatment. Poet is the stereotypical protected class and he parrots the propaganda daily. Born again Christians are appointed to positions all the time. I do not complain about it, never have. If a person is appointed to a position with a position I disagree with.... I have a problem. I know plenty of very LIBERAL born again Christians who I would be very happy about being appointed to high office of judships. The Religen is beside the point to me.
