What's the source of Pelosi's unemployment claim

I laughed when I read that Pelosi claimed unemployment WOULD HAVE BEEN 14.5% WITHOUT THE STIMULUS.

She offered no source for the claim. Seems like she pulled it out of thin air. Surely this claim has come straight out of her ass.

Can any of you Pelosi fans find the source of her claim? After a dozen google searches, I came up empty. There must be some liberal code word or some secrect source of data the liberals spin their lies from.
