What? Someone took over the city council? The kind of crime in Chicago is just the kind of crime that typically exists in any city. Gang activity is not so extensive and organized that I would expect to see the mayor of, for instance, Wiggins, MS to be kicked out by a roaming gang. That would be a more accurate analogy to what happens in Mexico.

Maybe so. But I don't think that's nearly as powerful as it once was; the reason I didn't mention it was because I was under the impression that it was largely a thing of the past. Anyway, it's not something that touches even rural life, like in Mexico. The government is just falling apart there.

Well, I am literally a small town southern man, from a real southern state, second to succeed and join in that noble defense of our property freedoms, which would soon be usurped by the tyrant Lincoln. It's merely part of my Confederate revisionism. Is it not fitting that we should refer to southerner's gloriously defending their property and freedom from northern aggression as "succeed", rather than using this liberal biased "secede" terminology, clearly dreamt up by some America hating socialist in order to smear our dear homeland in Dixie?
