how has perry said he will dictate how poor people live from washington or how washington should tell poor people how to live their lives?

He also wants Washington to tell women when and if they can have an abortion, even if there life is in danger and he wants to tell 12 year old girls they have to be vaccinated for STD's.

And dont forget he wants sodomy illegal.
