the war on drugs is a failure, BOTH parties have failed this and the PA was not designed to be used to expand the war.

i have not read every line of the act, but my understanding from what i've read was that it not supposed to expand the war on drugs. i could be wrong.

the act changed alot of legislation already in existence making it alot easier to bypass judicial safeguards, not that those help much nowadays. you could almost call it the war on american liberties.
I wish the thank feature was working.
Patriot act is Obama's baby now that he continued along with globalist banker plan to destroy the dollar and take the rights from the masses to prepare for the culling. Typical leftwingers will give him a pass on the things they freaked over Bush doing.

Please. Obama strengthened the Act and even argued that you could not sue the government if you are raped by it.
