Riiiiight. Are you deliberately this ignorant, or is it a birth defect?

Try looking up dropout rates for a major reason 1/3 inner city kids don't graduate. Add in the expulsion rates for things like drug use, drug peddling, violence, vandalism, etc. and you'll get why 1/3 don't graduate. Also, while you're at it, look at the performance records of schools in inner cities and other areas where minorities predominate. Student performance in reading and math are both well below NCLB requirements, yet, at the same time, grade retention rates (ie: failures) have not increased one microspec in response to the failure to meet NCLB guidelines.

Ergo, your counter argument doesn't even rise to the level of bullshit. It's nothing but the hot air of deliberate ignorance.
