Can you read? He monitored the storm on an almost constant basis, giving regular updates. He had a sense of urgency from day 1. He cut his vacation short when it appeared to be a dangerous situation. He appointed competent, qualified people to FEMA, and that agency was universally praised for their proactiveness & response.
How many times does that have to be repeated?
