it is rather interesting that the governments we have toppled, iraq and libya, were basically non muslim and now, with "freedom", they have become, for the most part, islamic governments. libya most likely...

And just like you....., I don't know wtf you're talking about Rana....
This isn't about the US backing anyone, its about the US helping Muslims overthrow their present leaders, dictators, tyrants, etc. whatever....and what we get in exchange for this is
Muslim theocracies hell bent on war with Israel and extablishing Sharia based governments in these lands....and in all probability, enemies of the US and the the West in general....

1. That's not a caliphate. Where's the caliph? Do you honestly think Libya could form a Caliph all on its own?

2. Do you know what Sharia is? There is civil law, like most of the world practices. There is common law, like the UK + US practices. Then there is Sharia, which is a legal system which developed in the Muslim world over the past millenia. Should we disregard common law because it was developed by a Christian culture?

3. Seriously, do you even know what a caliphate or caliph is? There are nations out there that have gone much farther than just using Sharia. Hell, Libya already used Sharia. Why weren't they a Caliphate then?
