Where were you when Perrot told us this was happening? Where were you when we lost 150,000 factories over the last 20 yrs because of the conservative economic ideology of outsourcing. Where were you when Faux 'news' said a global economy and 'free' trade would rise all boats? Remember that? didn't think so. 30 yrs of failed ideology is hard to fix in 1 generation especially when the conservative half of the govt. fights against anything that would benefit labor and take money from their corporate sponsors.

The Republicons and their teabagger toadies want people hungry and destitute for the next election. They think they can blame 30 yrs of failed policy on Obama.

The way out of our mess is to radically change trade laws, protect American labor and award companies who are not in the Caymans.

Truly amazing how the Dems never seem to have enough power to DO anything... its always the Reps fault, no matter how little power the Reps have they always seem to control the Dems.

what does that say about the Dems ability to lead?
 
If Walmart employees were not receiving food stamps they would have to work elsewhere or be paid more.

really? proof? talk about ignorant. they would work there regardless. you live in a bubble of uber liberalism that has no foundation in reality. when i was young and first starting out i worked mcdonalds and the guy i worked shift with in the evening had 3 jobs, 3 kids. he got paid far less than walmart.

you're a fool if you think people won't take a job UNLESS they get food stamps. dumbest idea i've heard this week.

The only Democrat who could lead lately was pelosi and people hated her. There are no leaders, there are no statesmen, we are governed by lobbyist who hide behind closed doors.
