Well if you want to just bold face lie, sure. The fact is Michigan is the greatest state in the Union, followed closely by West Virginia.
 
someone should point this thread out to poet......he needed proof that unemployment was high for blacks.....

I will admit, though this number is probably overstated....I expect 15-20% of Detroit's unemployed have actually moved out of town.......

Jennifer Garner is from W. Virginia.... so they got that going for them.... though she married Ben Affass... so it does show that while they may produce some attractive women from time to time, West Virginians are still idiots (though they likely appear intelligent to those from Ohio and Michigan)
