You're just making that part up. The Pentagon policy is about media access to the dignified transfer procedure, not photographs of the president attending the ceremony. Media access to the ceremony was denied in accordance with the wishes of the next of kin.

Now, I do not wish to cause offence, but would you not consider that the more they show photographs of coffins the less chance there might be of people wanting to declare war on people they do not know?
On another point, are the coffins identifiable or is this all just a bunch of stupids who have nothing better to do with their time.

If you dont want to see coffins do not allow your politicians to put your young men in them.
