OK Mr. Hyporite. Since Professional Engineers are licensed by the State to perform public engineering services, then you would agree that the State can determine what fees you charge, unilateraly, for your services and that you have no right to bargain. Can you walk that talk or are you just another right wing hypocrite?
I'm not charged to work for the public, Mott'tard. I work as an independent person and set my rates based on what the market will bear.
But on a side note I have walked that walk with regard to licensing fees. The rates went up very high in NYS and when questioned, they openly admitted that the money they were bringing in was well above required to run the licensing board and they were fucking us over and using us as a source of revenue. That along with several other government rip-off schemes were the main reasons for me leaving NYS to enjoy the relative freedom of NC.
