Two truck rental services have informed medical waste disposal companies that their vehicles can no longer be used at abortion clinics sites. These include Ryder Systems, Inc. and Penske Truck Leasing that have been renting the trucks to Stericycle, which is accused of picking up medical waste at facilities performing abortions. This includes 586 Planned Parenthood locations as well as hundreds of other facilities.

That probably has nothing to do with any political stance. Rental trucks are not permitted to carry hazardous materials, including biohazardous materials. Nor do they have permits to carry hazardous materials. The vehicles would need the appropriate DOT permits to carry such cargo and it's very doubtful that a rental company, like Ryder or Penske, would carry such permits.
