Yes, I intentionally missed all the cases from US District courts, which led to US Supreme Court rulings, because they don't matter once the SCOTUS has ruled on Constitutionality. You see, the Supreme Court is the body in which Constitutionality is determined, pinhead... not district court. But thanks for trying to help!

the patriot does indeed violate some parts of the US Constitution, and lets dispense with the so called constitutionality of laws simply because the USSC says so. They've made many bad decisions that totally conflict with the constitution.
