I have been up there many times to see clients. Anchorage, Fairbanks and Seward aren't bad, but some of those tiny towns are loaded with screwballs. (for the record, never been down towards Juneau, so not sure about the capital area.)

Socialism doesn't work. And socialism through both parties are to blame.

Public union unproductive parasites are a big part of the problem as well.
