US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton pledged Thursday to help Tunisia create jobs and undertake reforms to keep the momentum behind the revolution that overthrew its president two months ago.

The chief US diplomat began talks with interim President Foued Mebazaa, who replaced the ousted Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, after saying that an international donors conference would help to focus minds on Tunisia's needs.

You know that the Fed announced earlier this week that the economy is on much firmer footing, hiring is up and the unemployment rate ticked down in the latest report, correct? Oh, and more companies are planning hires for Q2 than we've seen in years?

Guess you missed that stuff....
 
Listening to you pinhead apologists is like listening to the guy watching a house burn to the ground, and as the last embers die away he is telling everyone that the fire is now under control and there is much less smoke and the danger of getting burned is just about over....and the homeowner can relax now that his home has stopped burning....

Everything I posted is true. I'm not hyping, I'm not candycoating. Many indicators are up, and the economy - according to the Fed - is on much firmer footing that it was.

Sorry if that doesn't fit your agenda....

The point is...if unemployment reaches 100% in January, you'll be bragging that there were no job loses in Feb......

Its bad enough that there is almost no where to go but up.....lets just hope we've hit bottom

If NO ONE is working in Jan. (unemployment at 100%)....there would be no jobs to lose in Feb....job lose in Feb would be 0....and that would be an improvement to a dimwit like you....

You're not that bright are you...not too good at following simple logic....

seriously, I listen to Alex Jones and nobody else. I've had CNN on for three weeks now since the Ron Paul /Fox News lie was uncovered. I don't understand why you would decry 5.5% unemployment as a jobless recovery and now 10% is peachy keen. You are the partisan hack here.

Everyone on the entire world died on Monday.....so the fact that there was no one left alive to die on Tuesday, so there was no deaths on Tuesday, is an improvement....
