it appears that the anti-abortion extremists have adopted assassination as a tool to get rid of abortion providers

the question is, should we tolerate the use of assassination as a political tool by the anti-abortionists or anyone else for that matter

I'm essentially pro-choice, but unlike you, I'm able to recognize that there are extremists on both sides of the issue.

As for the poll question, it's retarded. Few if any people here support violence against abortionists. Those who do vote for that option most likely do so in jest.

do you hear of pro-choice members killing for their stance?

anti-abortion members can and do kill for their stance - of course they disclaim responsibility for the killings perpetrated by unstable individuals, but they keep putting out wanted posters with detailed information about abortionists

as for the OP, as far as I am aware, every person who has killed an abortionist is already in jail......as for this post, every abortion involves a killing so obviously we've heard of pro-choice supporters killing for their stance.....

I believe the OP is in reference to the lovely Republican legislators in South Dakota who have proposed a bill that makes the murder of abortion providers a justifiable homicide.
