Because Obama had to spend money to stimulate an economy that was heading toward depression at an alarming pace...brought about by the failed ideology started BY Reagan. AND, Obama was investing in life, not death.

I have no desire to educate you. If you think unemployment is lower now than it was after Obama continued Bush's bailout and stimulus policies, then so be it. Use it as an issue in 2012, please. :)
