An open exchange of ideas is always preferable to one person gaining insights while hiding their own opinions and beliefs.

Yes, there was a negative connotation. I have little respect for someone who avoids giving an opinion but wants to hear everyone else's opinion.

do you really believe you're going to change him? he is trolling this way on purpose....nothing you can say, no amount of logic, will ever stop him from his current troll role....legion will never change his current troll behavior

and really, do you honestly expect an intelligent conversation with someone who is here solely to troll, in that, they are not here to discussion like you or i....

Its a slow night, I am working in a small town and the satellite dish is out where I am staying. This is entertaining. At least somewhat so.

this is true, its why i rarely get into with him about gay issues, on that subject, its circular reasoning and then he doesn't apply his logic to himself

the whole enabler argument is so absurd i can't believe he still trots it out

In the long run, yes I do. It the short run, no it won't. He'll increase his efforts to be noticed, as you have already witnessed. He's trying to stay at the top of everyones minds.

Did I say the definition of "troll" has changed? Perhaps, if you stopped an thought about it, you would realize that people are annoyed by trolls, and the definition of troll never changed.
