I don't personally subscribe to the NY Times, this was from a copy we get at work, and I'll have to see if I can locate it now. You can go to the NY Times blog, and people have complained about it there as well. Also, earlier today, the CBS News online version of the transcript, also omitted the phrase. The "excuse" the libtards seem to be using, is that the phrase did not appear in the original transcript, Obama added those three words on the fly.
