Just read through that. It doesn't really say anything to counter my pov, except for the headline, which is kind of generic, and the line about Bush "mostly" avoiding the fumbles his campaign feared.
He was exceedingly short on specifics in that debate, and looked like the kind of candidate who would be in over his head as President, which was certainly borne out by the results of his 2 terms. In the next 2 debates, he was better coached, and looked exactly that - like a man who had been intensively coached, and did a lot of memorization on the specifics.
