Daily KOS has a "TARGET LIST"

i never said he owed ME an apology....he owes the victims apologies for politicizing this, especially given he had zero evidence...and you talk about my reading comprehension...

:palm:

do you agree with him that palin should be indicted for incitement to murder?

Don't be so bloody stupid, yurt.

According to conservatives that's exactly the case. When have we ever seen RWs agree that you can be both liberal and against abortion? You must never read PiMP's posts.

You guys are masters at painting with a broad brush.

???....I realize that there are liberals against abortion.....there just aren't any of them on this board that argue with me.....

Why would they argue with you if they agreed with you?

I believe that was the point, I'm glad you grasped it.....I am arguing with the people here who are in favor of abortion......the fact I consider them worthless, murdering assholes doesn't mean I think all liberals are worthless, murdering assholes.....though when you consider all the stupid things liberals here and there believe in, the only ones I don't consider absolute idiots are probably the ones you don't consider true liberals........

And yet hear you are paying me mind~ oh the irony.

Learn to read carefully, you Ice Dancer Dunce, I said "for the most part"....this means that periodically you'll not get many responses.

See this what you blind hypocrites do- It's always about the other guys.

Projecting again, bunky?

Somehow it's always OK when lefties do it. Who said that? I didn't. Cuz they are not a former VP candidate or radio jock who is filthy rich- nope it's the old "our side gets a pass" hypocritical bullshit that is so blatant as to never pass the smell test!

Once again, our Ice Dancing dummy slips and falls on neocon rhetoric. See folks, when the neocon icons of politics and punditry commit the same sins as "lefty bloggers", they're expected to be suddenly treated as inconsequential and unkown as the blogger. But in the neocon parrots mind, that same blogger is suddenly elevated to the same status as a GOP politician or high paid, well known neocon pundit the second the neocons are nailed doing wrong. The convoluted logic of the neocon mind is amazing.

Yet time and again people like you twist and spin into a dizzingly stuptifying rant that people like me can only wrinkle our noses at the stink of it!

Ahhh, Ice Dancer does his usual flop.....Never debating the topic beyond his generalized rhetoric and supposition and opinion. Bottom line: the hysteria based mantras of the GOP politicos and punditry is a hell of a lot more noted and effective to their base than some blogger that has to be searched on the internet.

Yes, lets only look at the hysterics since 2008. Its much easier to claim innocence that way.

Don't BS me, WB....you're better than that. I'm pointing towards the years the encompass Loughner, Gifford and the political nastiness that's evolved since Obama ran for and became president. Like I said, only a fool would try to equalize the crap that has come out of the likes of Gingrich, Boehner, Palin, Bachmann, Limbaugh, Beck, Levin, etc. to the retalitory rhetoric of the Dems.

You fucking partisan hacks just dont' get it. What complete morons. This isn't a childs game of "He did it first!" Get your heads out of your asses. We don't give a rats ass who's doing it. This shit has got to stop.

But until people own up to the consequences of their actions, words and beliefs, this shit won't stop.

lol....and we wonder why liberals suck....why don't they just admit that neither is going to cause some one who wouldn't have done it any way to go out and kill someone.....

So when Gingrich, Palin, Bachman, Beck, Levin, the WND, Newsmax and the teabagging assholes were all wailing about the gov't/Dems/Obama coming to kill your grandma or enforce communism or aide the terrorists, that was all okey-doke with neocon assholes like PMP....but the nano-second some nut who mouths the same nonsense ACTS upon it, suddenly the platitudes that served the GOP so well mean NOTHING! Hmmm, can you smell the sweat of guilty neocon parrots and pundits lying their asses off, folks?

is it because liberals are so weak minded that the influence of a computer graphic is going to cause them to go into some sort of sleepwalking zombie killing mode?....

:palm: Somebody wake up this brain dead PostModernFool:

Loughner's ramblings appear rooted in far right
Experts say the suspect in the Arizona shooting rampage is fixated on issues cited by other extremists. But he also appears to have been influenced by the far left.

The reality is, the one got coverage and big because it was Sarah, the other didn't because it was Kos. The reporting fit the regular dogma of the media nowadays and isn't surprising. They are, however, exactly the same thing. One was just largely ignored by the media.

The reality is that this whole thing was set off by the Pima sheriff who made GENERAL statements regarding the hysteria promoting rhetoric that the GOP has made it's mainstay in the last two years. The media noted that Palin had put Gifford on her target map. Palin's enjoyed her political celebrity, smiling and placating the veiled threats and nastiness that are voiced at her paid appearances....now suddenly everyone is trying to pretend that didn't happen and she's not that important? Sorry Damo, but that dog of yours just won't fly.

Much like the Sheriff trying to dodge responsibility. 16 times the guy was reported for making death threats on people in the area, the Sheriff's office stated that "He was being well-handled by the Mental Health System"... Amazingly, had the Sheriff actually had the guy under mental evaluation he wouldn't have been able to purchase the weapon legally, yet he was remiss.

16 times.

Please display the evidence where Loughner was evaluated and logged into the system and the AZ gun laws had the salesman run the background check and found the flag or make a round of inquiries.

Oh wait, AZ laws didn't require that, and the the "mental health system" didn't do that evaluation, did they? And could the Sheriff supercede his authority to enforce a ban on Loughner getting a gun?

The people responsible for this guy's actions would be the people who were there, and had the "serve and protect" responsibility, reports that he was dangerous, and direct information or threats on others that would make him a danger to others. The guy should have at least been forced into an eval, which would have made it so that he couldn't have bought the weapon legally...

Agreed...if things happened as you say. Please provide the evidence that says it did, and I'll agree with you.

And I'll be damned...look who is on their TARGET LIST....

Right-Wing Media Falsely Claim Daily Kos Put Image Of Bull's Eye On Rep. Giffords

Daily Caller Reports That Tea Party Express Fundraising Letter Linked To Bull's Eye Image On Giffords. But that's just what happened." The letter linked to the HillBuzz.org screen grab of the doctored image. [Daily Caller, 1/10/11]

Original Daily Kos Post Did Not Contain A Picture Of Giffords Or A Bull's Eye. In a January 10 Daily Kos post, blogger Jed Lewison wrote that the Tea Party Express fundraising letter "actually goes so far as to suggest that a 2008 post written by Markos was somehow equivalent to Sarah Palin's use of the gunsight imagery and her exhortations to 'RELOAD" in the conservative battle against Democrats. Instead of linking to the actual post, the letter links to a photoshopped version, which ads an image of Rep. Giffords and a bullseye, neither of which were in the original post." :yurt:

SEE? HERE SHE IS ON THIS THREAD TOO!!!

It is.

"A terroristic threat is a crime generally involving a threat to commit violence communicated with the intent to terrorize another, to cause evacuation of a building, or to cause serious public inconvenience, in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror or inconvenience. It may mean an offense against property or involving danger to another person that may include but is not limited to recklessly endangering another person, harassment, stalking, ethnic intimidation, and criminal mischief."

Adding to your rant :D : it's just ludicrous to say the left is keeping this in the news, making unfound accusations, etc. MASS MURDER IS A BIG DEAL! It doesn't matter who did it to whom, people are going to be looking for motives until all the facts are out. The same thing happened with Columbine, VA Tech, and any other tragedy.

Of course politics are in the equation. Wake up people, a politician was targeted and almost killed. If this were Columbine, we'd be talking about bullies along with craziness. IMO this particular tragedy is a sore point with the right, not only because of rhetoric but because they are generally big proponents of guns. We know there's going to be a wave of legislation curbing guns, probably going nowhere, but the right will get all steamed about their 2nd Amendment rights, as usual.

Does anybody really think Congress isn't going to be doing some major soul-searching after this tragedy? Geez Louise!

Rant over. :D
A republican appointed federal judge was killed.

No, it just named people, said they were "targeted" and then later stated that these districts are in the "bullseye"...

You don't need images when they are direct like that. It isn't hard to believe that people might associate a name with the "bullseye" they directly stated was placed on them.

Excuses don't change the fact that this "rhetoric" is a regular item in both parties. We can show consistently even "cross hairs" in ads, as well as even the current President calling opponents "enemies" and telling people to "bring guns" to the fight (yeah, the uniter).

The attempt to paint only republicans with the "bad rhetoric" brush failed miserably. If no introspection is possible because all you do is deny that the left uses the same rhetoric then there is no possible way to solve the "issue" of rhetoric. Or we can recognize that this is simply political rhetoric and metaphors, that it's been going on for centuries. Does anybody remember the nuclear bomb ads aimed at Goldwater? Seriously, there's been far worse rhetoric and personal attacks used in the past. We always want to believe we are in the "worst time ever", but we really aren't.

In this instance I'm pointing out the fact that Kos article simply posted a list naming Blue Dog Dems but RW hacks photoshopped Giffords' picture and bulls-eye to take advantage of the tragedy.

If you don't see the self-serving dishonesty in this, there's really nothing for us to talk about.

Daily KOS:
"Who to primary? Well, I'd argue that we can narrow the target list by looking at those Democrats who sold out the Constitution last week. I've bolded members of the Blue Dogs for added emphasis.

Not all of these people will get or even deserve primaries, but this vote certainly puts a bulls eye on their district. "

.......................................................................................
"We can narrow THE TARGET LIST" ?

"BULLS EYE on their district" ?

Giffords is on the list...in bold....

Get a fuckin' clue dipshit.

you can deny the facts all you want, but that won't change the facts.....

You think you need a picture of what the KOS said? An actual map? Bullshit....

---------------------

Incidentally, I have no control over this Jim Hoft (don't even know who the hell he is) nor do I take responsibility for what the "Daily Caller" or the "Washington Posts " prints...so kiss the fuck off....

Heres the shit that comes from your side, stuff you see fit to deny or are actually ignorant of....

The Hate Palin, Abort Palin, Kill Palin, Kill Bush, and other hate filled rhetoric of the left.....
undeniable truth
