Amazing how the left forgets its own hate talk and pretty much everything i've seen in the media, on this board etc...blames solely the conservatives, repeated is the claim that is mostly from the right and that that hate shouldn't stop unless and only unless the right begins the process first.
perhaps if we start with an honest discussion and stop blaming one party, we might be able to move towards a more civil nation when it comes to politics. there is plenty of hate from the right, however, the lefties here and in the media have that plastered everywhere, so let's see if it really is pretty much solely from the right as many on the left would have you believe.

Dem. Governor advocating shooting, maybe killing, bush
Gov. Steve Beshear, who has remained neutral during the presidential primary and who will serve as a Kentucky superdelegate at the national convention in August, avoided talking about the Democratic candidates by criticizing President Bush.
“When I mention that Democrats are problem solvers, I can think of only one Republican who can be a problem solver — that is Vice President Dick Cheney if he would just take George on a hunting trip,” Beshear said. Cheney accidentally shot fellow quail hunter Harry Whittington in Texas in 2006.

Meanwhile, Democratic activist Keith Halloran, a candidate for the New Hampshire House, has also apologized for posting on Facebook a death wish for Palin, according to the Associated Press.
In a thread relating to the plane crash that killed former Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens this week, Halloran wrote, "Just wish Sarah and Levy were on board." The comment appeared to be in reference to Palin and the father of her grandson, Levi Johnston. Halloran reportedly posted an apology on his Facebook page, saying he wishes the best for the Palin and Johnston families
