It is tragic. But, a judge is part of criminal justice /law enforcement. There are inherent risks for not only police officers, but judges as well. Judges have been the victims of violence since the birth of our nation.
What you are ignoring is the violent imagery and rhetoric by Palin and Jesse Kelly directed at Democrats running for political office.
TRY to imagine your mother, wife or daughter running for office and having that violent imagery and rhetoric directed at her. It would at least create anxiety and at worst it creates terror. No one willing to serve their country should be subjected to that ignorant and partisan hatred.
