China is working to ensure that the United States relaxes its export control on high-tech products.

When the United States yields substantial trade facilitations to China, it will help to lower the high unemployment rate of the bankrupt USA.

China's overall foreign trade policy is to have a stable growth in foreign trade.

We hope to achieve a greater growth in import while maintaining growth in export. Therefore, we can have a better balanced payment under the current account.

China will leverage America's trade deficit with China to force your Congress to lift their export control to China.

China has high hopes of the proposal made by President Barack Obama and his administration that America will improve its reform on export control regime.

We've taken note of a statement made by Obama on Dec. 9 regarding the reform on export control of the United States.

The USA has taken trade facilitation measures to different degrees when it comes to its trade relations with some countries.

China felt disappointed that China has not yet got any trade facilitation measures from the United States.
