well thank god for that, I always thought they were paid by taxes....it's good to know the federal government is going to pay for it instead.....all that stuff is FREEEEEE!!!!.....FREEEE.....FOR.....YOU.....AND....MEEE!!!!!......oops, sorry...got carried away for a minute.....
