Witness clears man....oops, too late!

do you also believe we should halt all police, military actions...because we are not perfect and people die by friendly fire or we kill innocents
I would say we should halt all offensive action. All life has a right to defend itself, including those lives protected by our military, however in order to err on the side of life offensive military action should be curtailed.

While I appreciate your stance, this was about those "wrongfully" executed.

This "smoking gun" is along the lines of STU professing that all cops are to be suspected of being corrupt; because of the actions of a small minority.
Some of those exonerated, of those 271, were some that were exonerated after their execution. It is silly to suggest we are perfect in this one area only. We aren't.

I would appreciate knowing which ones were exonerated, after their executions.
By exoneration; are you talking court action, or public opinion?

this shit happens all to often with the cops. Most are honest as the day is long, but too many coerce false testimony.

Your not implying that this never happens, cause that would be funny shit.

I have no idea where you got that I made any implication.
What I did do; was ask you a question, which you ignored.

Why was that??
*that now makes two for you to answer*

charge the prosecutor with murder for making the wrongful case. They hold the power! They didn't do enough to verify the evidence.

I know that for me, personally, it would make it perfectly acceptable to be executed if the prosecutor who made a mistake was executed as well. It's twice the fun for right-wingers!
