The Real Reason For Obama's Trip To India: The Sixth Biggest Arms Deal In U.S. History
President Obama is traveling to India this weekend to make a $5 billion sale for 10 of Boeing's C-17 cargo planes. If India signs the contract, this would be the sixth biggest arms deal in U.S. history.

This and the pending $60 billion deal with Saudi Arabia will certainly help to jump-start the economy, as they have for the past fifty years.

We've identified the biggest sales since 1973 with help from William Hartung at the Arms and Security Initiative at New America Foundation.

"There's no question it's big business," he said. "But relative to the overall size of our economy and other things we export it's not like these deals will make or break us."

Of course the supposed $200 million a day cost of the trip has been totally debunked...but when has the that ever stopped a lying Rightie hack like Yurt from continuing to spread the horseshit?

You can never tell with Yurt, I get the feeling that he is a bit bipolar so he needs to keep taking the lithium. I hope he does as my shares in Rockwood are doing very well. I missed some of the meteoric rise when they started at $4.00 in March 2009 but I'm still on for a 3 bagger.

If it is successful in kick-starting the economy it would be worth it, of course one little contract an economy will not save... Whatever it is that it finally costs. (It ain't no $200 Million per day though, that's more than our war effort in Afghanistan by about $10 Million per day..)

I am confounded by the title, if they believe he is Muslim why would he bring home the bacon in the first place?
