All those 'in the loop' are well aware of W's great love of the urban music scene, so it is no surprise to hear the cutting words of Mr West were taken to heart.

I fully expect Mr Bush to reveal all, in his brand new book, about how the news of the gunning down of Biggie Small, some say Notorious BIGs, almost drove him back to the Hennessy.

In a new interview, former President George W. Bush commented on Kanye West's infamous 2004 remark that "George Bush doesn't care about black people." In an interview with NBC's Matt Lauer, Bush called the moment "the most disgusting moment in my Presidency" and added, "He called me a racist. And I didn't appreciate it then. I don't appreciate it now."

For those keeping score at home, the best moment in George Bush's presidency was when he caught a big bass and the worst moment was when a rapper said he doesn't care about black people.


Notable mention for best moment: his daughter's marriage.

My panties in a bunch, you bet, of all the bad things that happened on his watch and this is the one that most affected him! What a twit! He is responsible for thousands of deaths and this is his most disgusting moment? Torture happened on his watch and this is the most disgusting? People lost their loves in Katrina and the after math and this is the most disgusting! He is a very small minded man, and so are you! but I am not revealing anything new here about Bush or you?

Bush: "Yes. My record was strong I felt when it came to race relations and giving people a chance. And — it was a disgusting moment."

Bush is promoting his new memoir "Decision Points," which is set to be a week after the midterm elections on Nov. 9.


Some excerpts of the book, however, were leaked beforehand.

Lauer asked Bush if he feels discomfort describing that as the worst moment of his presidency over Hurricane Katrina. The 43rd president said, "I also make it clear that the misery in Louisiana affected me, as well."

"There’s a lot of tough moments in the book. And it was a disgusting moment, pure and simple," he said.

yawn....nothing to see here....just bush being inarticulate again...for the non hacks, his point is clear....at the time, when race relations were a huge issue regarding katrina, kanye's comment was the worst, NOT the overall worst thing as hacks would have us believe
