I like that hes opening his mind to this theory however is a flaw in application. Alot of times democrats come up with great theories but leave out the human element like with the health-care plan. Then when theory doesn't not equate to actual practice they are not measured on it or penalized and basically point fingers that its not there fault. Democrats need to do a better job in there assumptions when creating theory.
The biggest glaring one I see with this theory is again human element. Some people dont want to work when they are receiving a free check in the mail every week... and additionally some companies dont want to fill open positions with people they have to train, dont fit the culture, or that dont really want to be there.

The vast majority of healthy human beings want to improve their lot in life. One can not make policy based on a few lazy, booze/drug takers.
