By the way...just out of curiosity.... would you vote for a Muslim? Would any liberal vote for a Muslim? One who practices Sharia Law ...does your Sudden Religious Tolerance go that far?

There are non-practicing Muslims, moderates and some fundamentalist nuts are of varying degrees of dangerous. To pretend they are all of one type is just crazy.

We should welcome them into the fold of Americanism (i.e., individualism) instead of alienating them. Alienating them will only radicalize them.

I don't care what religion anybody practices, as long as the practitioners don't try to foist their beliefs on me and everyone else.

Of course I'd vote for a Muslim... or a Catholic, or a Jew, or a Presbyterian, etc. although I'd probably draw the line at a Scientologist. How about you?

And since this country isn't under Shar'iah law, there are no candidates to vote for and your question is irrelevant.
