LOL...I got it for deer hunting. They just legalized them this year for everyone in our state to bow hunt with. Previously it had been limited to the disabled.

Using the last of the deer up this month. Season starts Oct. 1. I only took one deer last year because I got drawn out for an elk hunt. Got him the third day of hunting.

This year we have a couple of needy families down the road so I plan to get at least one deer per family for them, along with my buddy. My friend even bought one of the families a freezer so they would have a place to store the meat. The other family has one already. I have all we need for processing at my house so we take care of that there. That is why I bought the crossbow though. That is 3 extra deer I can take if needed....and we have an abundance of deer in my neck of the woods right now.

Oh, we are bound to disagree in some areas but I have a great deal of respect for some of those I disagree with the most on here. Folks like Oncelor, Mott the Hoople, Winterborn, Socrtease and a few others others.... I've been around some on this board for a long time and it is a great outlet for me. It has also been great for me to learn more about folks who think differently politically than I do.

Mr. Walker sure liked to pray to God before, during, and after his loss. Did you openly ridicule him too, or is that just with the Republican Christians you select to ridicule?

Heck no, why would she or any lib be in a tizzy? Personally, I'm happy to see fringies like O'Donnell win the GOP primary. It's insurance for the Dems they'll be running against in the general election.
