Normally I don't have much time for cover versions of classic songs, but this version of Stairway to Heaven by Lissie is just marvellous. I listened to her singing it live on the Simon Mayo Drive Time programme on Radio 2 the other day and was just blown away. What made it more amazing was that this was the first time she had done it. There is some kind of dispute about copyright, hence you may need to go to YouTube directly and search for Lissie - Stairway to Heaven.flv

I just come across Barbara Leoni, I can't understand why she isn't more well known. She is not only an excellent singer songwriter but she plays a mean blues guitar as well. She is not bad looking either.
