The land of Dixie...can it possibly get any worse than this?

You are a fucking tard. I said IF it was true then it was worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. It wasn't true in the racist since, but is still true in the forced diversity sense and may still very well be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars.

the principle is black....what do you think that will do to the case...

It was as is true. You, as a bigot against The South, interpreted it as racist.

I see that, once again, you make a claim you cannot backup. And rather than admit you are wrong, you ignore the challenge.

Makes it even funnier when you tell someone "a real man would...".

Same with Jarod, SocTeaser, Legion, STY, 3D and Solitary: bigots every damn one of them.

Actually, for you to call someone a bigot is pretty funny. You have shown yourself, repeatedly, to be one of the biggest bigots on these forums.

The offices were still segregated by color. The fact that the color of each rotates every year I don't think makes this any less a civil rights violation. White and Black parents have a lawsuit in my mind.

Friggin lawyers... always seeing a lawsuit in everything that happens. This is a bad policy to be sure, but the intent seems to have been pure and one that has been practiced for 30 years. That said, the best of intentions won't mean shit to a money grubbing blood sucking liar/lawyer. funny how this is an issue when a 'black student is not allowed to be President'. funny too how the article Zappa posted doesn't mention the rotation.

Maybe because no matter which way the student elections "rotated" that woman's kids would be out in the cold..

"My son and daughter that go to this middle school are Native American and Italian."

Tell me SF, when do that woman's kids get their shot at student body Prez?

1) Your article didn't state that her kids were native American and Italian. That said, given your lack of clairity on the schools policy, somehow I doubt you even know whether or not native americans/asians/hispanics etc... are included.

2) Clearly the article was meant to inflame the issue as 'racist'. The problem for people like you is the 'racism' of the policy is likely due to affirmative action. They put the policy in place so the minority would have a chance to be officers.

3) Clearly you and the original article didn't mention that it was a rotation of races. You wanted it to appear that only whites could ever be President. You took it out of context to play the constantly used race card. It is race baiting at its finest. Too bad you got embarrassed once the truth started coming out.

My apologies for not spoon feeding you every single morsel of info on the topic.

I also apologize for not including a second link to the article with the info about their heritage...ooops...wait a minute...that falls under the general rubric of "spoonfed" doesn't it?

The info was out there, a pity clicking on a second link was just too much exertion for your old, tired body to handle.

btw...why would the school need such a policy? Are you implying the kids in that school are so racist they can't be counted on to vote for anyone outside their own race unless forced?

When would someone like President Obama get to run? He has a white Mom and a black Dad?

Listen twit.... when YOU start a thread on a topic and DON'T include the link you are now referring to, don't get your panties in a bunch when others point that out. It is not our job to go searching for whatever info it is you are referring to. It is YOUR job to back up your info with links to the details.

The policy has been in place for THIRTY YEARS. So yes, it was likely due to an affirmative action guideline. So no, I am not implying the kids are racists, the school board and the administration of the schools were. It is the racist aspect associated with ALL affirmative action programs. They all imply that either the minority groups are not able to attain the positions on their own or that everyone else is just too racist to put the best person for the job/position in place.
