sharia and arbitration

Well, they may be telling you about Jesus and Christianity, but they can't "recruit" anyone, Christianity has to be accepted in your heart. It's a personal thing.

I understand, but the point is, you don't see jews converting people to Judaism.

That's kind of strange.

I remember Sammy Davis Jr. converting, but that's about it.

Because judaism is based on the blood, like a race. You're jewish if you're mother is jewish. Think of judaism as an insane race cult.

as long as the parties agree and the arbitrator stays within civil and criminal law, there is no reason for muslims not to follow sharia
Decisions made in such arbitration would not be legally binding. The court absolutely could not be established legally, there's this thing we call the First Amendment that prohibits such an action by the government. While people can use any venue they want in non-legally binding arbitration there should never be any legislation or capacity for these "courts" to ever bind people legally to anything at all. This means that any legal recognition of any such "arbitration" would be non-existent, should not be sought, nor even thought of "given" to such a venue.

....But still.... Isn't it interesting how the pinheads are actually entertaining this idea?
