The article says the facility will be under the survellaince of Russia and the international community, which I presume to mean the IAEA.

Yeah, I pretty much trust IAEA, as long as Iran lives up to its obligations and doesn't fuck around. I see zero need to bomb Iran at this point.

Is there a reason you live in such fear, and are so trigger-happy to bomb other countries?

The Iranians aren't suicide bombers. The Iranian government does not want Iranian citizens to end up dead.

However, I think MAD is dumb in a nuclear context because the MAD theory relies on the assumption that everyone is a rational actor. When one irrational actor causes the death of the human race, every step must be taken to ensure that as few actors have such a weapon as humanly possible.
