No cops were killed. The convictions were for minor things like trespassing, for being guided into the capitol building by security guards.
Democrats are STILL rioting, burning, and looting in the streets.

Democrats are calling for civil war, including calling for civil war over interstate communications systems (in violation of Title 18).

Actually, there is legal precedence for determining if a threat is credible.
The first question is means. Does the one making the threat have the means to carry out the threat. In the case of Desiree Doreen Segari, does she even own firearms?
Second is proximity. Is the pig in the same place as the assumed victim making it feasible for them to carry out the threat?
The third is specificity, which is the clunker in this case and will sink it on appeal. The scumbag Segari does not name a specific target, but just rages against Trump supporters in general.
Look, all leftists are violent and capable of murder. How does Desiree Doreen Segari differ from @Jake Starkey or @Cypress , or any of the other Stalinists on this board? They all fantasize about mass murder and genocide, but very few of them will actually act on their homicidal nature.

Two issues;
She was convicted on federal crimes of making interstate threats and wire fraud under U.S. District Judge Katheryn Kimball Mizell. The second issue is that the 14th Amendment extends civil rights including the 1st to all 50 states. This is part of the reason that Rob Bonta can't start throwing journalists in prison for exposing medicare fraud as he attempted to do through his wife.

Title 18 does not require that you use or own firearms to be a credible threat. 'Credible' is meaningless here. Title 18 is specific. That is what she was convicted under. Proximity is not required either. She named specific targets.

The 14th amendment does not modify or nullify any other amendment, including the 1st amendment. Civil rights do not come from the Constitution. Rights are inherent.
