Marxists kvetch about No Kings, but stay silent about this

Teflon Don

I'm back baby
I think it is hilarious that these marxists march on and on about No Kings and I often wonder if they even know what it means. For example if Trump were truly acting like a King, they wouldn't be able to march. That irony is lost on them I guess.

But, to the larger point. Listed below are the longest serving members of Congress. Now if anyone is acting like Kings it is them. And before you argue that "they are elected", every single one has had no serious primary opponent and essentially runs unopposed. Any opposition is token at best. Below is a list of congress critters who have been around for 30 years or more. There are 19 of them and 15 (79%) of those are democrats

Ed Markey (D) - 50 years
Chuck Grassley (R) - 45 years
Hal Rogers (R) - 45 years
Chris Smith (R) - 45 years
Steny Hoyer (D) - 45 years
Marcy Kaptur (D) - 43 years
Dick Durbin (D) - 43 years
Mitch McConnell (R) - 41 years
Nancy Pelosi (D) - 39 years
Frank Pallone (D) - 38 years
Richard Neal (D) - 37 years
Rosa Delauro (D) - 35 years
Maxine Waters (D) - 35 years
Bernie Sanders (D) - 35 years
Jim Clyburn (D) - 33 years
Patty Murray (D) - 33 years
Bennie Thompson (D) - 33 years
Zoe Lofgren (D) - 31 years
Ron Wyden (D) - 30 years

Now to put this in context, that is longer than Stalin, Mao, Lenin, Hitler, Henry VIII, Saddam Hussein

Some have been around longer than Castro

So spare me your No Kings talk when you have these critters that have been milking the dole for decades. The education is free, what you do with it is up to you.

You don't understand the No Kings Movement.

Hopefully, Don will stick around for Trump's third term.
I see you responded to Poor Richard. I think it is cute that he chases me around this board when he has clearly been on ignore since my return.

I have to admit, I really love the new ignore feature. Completely eliminates the need for the old thread ban feature. Although, I have to admit, I was prolific at thread banning.

Oh well times move on. I love that I never have to even see his, or desh's posts. Really uncluttered the screen.

dems need an outside controlled dictatorship to achieve their ends.

all their internal representation is about to die.

that's why they love the new world order and internationalist fascism.

Dems are the past.

You’re mixing up No Kings with I don’t like incumbency. Kings have hereditary, unchecked power. Members of Congress, even long‑serving ones face elections, primaries, courts, and constitutional limits.

If you want to argue for term limits, that’s a real policy debate. But comparing elected officials to Stalin, Mao, or dictators who ruled through violence and abolished elections isn’t analysis, it’s just heat without light.

You don't understand the No Kings Movement.
you people have more a CCP style thing going on.

totalitarians cant take the chance of one good king who actually loves the people coming to power.

totalitarianism by committee is best, because you can always control the majority, even if one or two outliers grow a ball.

totalitarianism by committee work especially well when you can create enough money to pay people off NO MATTER WHAT.

fiat currency is totalitarianism.

You're confusing No Kings with your standard being bent over furniture and having your colon stretched and pummeled.

You think all manipulation is the same; you enjoy it and you can't get enough. Ergo, you never examine the details to see what's going on.

Kings have hereditary, unchecked power.
So why is Trump a King?

Members of Congress, even long‑serving ones face elections, primaries, courts, and constitutional limits.
How many kings have their election victories stolen by the DNC?

If you want to argue for term limits,
You did not do well on the English reading comprehension portion of the SAT. Ask me how I know.

You didn’t address a single point I made.

Instead you jumped from shock lines, to contradictions, to personal jabs, everything except an argument.

If you ever decide to respond to what I actually wrote instead of whatever you think sounds edgy, I’ll be right here. Until then, your replies are just noise.

Trump is acting like a king and talking like one. He is not a king since we have no family succession. He has talked about that a few times, too He is seizing powers that presidents do not have. He cannot do it in a day, but he is working on it. Congresspeople staying in office a long time says nothing about being kings, Your thinking is as convoluted as ever.

You're correct and Poor Dicky thinks you don't understand how things work like he does. What funny? He has no idea how things work, but he's going to get a crash course in the near future.

I have had a lot of fun watching the democrats absolutely meltdown. 'Jim Crow 2.0', 'We'll need to pitch a perfect game now', 'They don't want any black people to win', 'the end of democracy' on and on. They know the only thing that's kept the grift going so long were those racist maps. With Trump deporting millions, new maps, people fleeing blue states and cities, suddenly their future is grim at best. The 2030 map will look very different, in a very good way.

I love it, they've had it coming for a long time.

They will do nothing, their special "king" is always the one that is the exception.

You’re not responding to anything that was actually said, you’re just stacking predictions, insults, and wish‑casting and calling it analysis.

Meltdowns, maps, deportations, futures, none of that answers the point about how political systems work or why incumbency behaves the way it does.

If you want to talk structure, talk structure. If you want to talk fantasy outcomes, that’s fine too, just don’t pretend one is the same as the other.
