I would bet if i search your post history you were convinced Comey and Letisha were going to lose the first cases as the rest of us laughed at how stupid those cases were and how they would never see trial as they got kicked in the opening motions. This one will be the same.

For a statement like 86/47 to be a crime, even if COmey made the message himself they would have to have proof Comey meant based on the mob movie use and not the much more common use, where it originated in restaurants meaning to 'get rid of' and not to kill, and even then it would not reach crime level and breach free speech protections. to breach free speech protections 'even if a threat' the Prosecutor must believe the 'threat is an IMMINENT CALL TO ACTION' that will result right away in someone taking action. Not months and months after the fact.

So the DoJ would have to say to a Jury 'we can read Comey's mind and tell you what he really meant, despite what he is telling you he meant. And you can believe our mind reading beyond any reasonable doubt'. Oh and it was a call for 'imminent action', that somehow never happened.


It is impossible to not have a reasonable doubt when the singular person who knows what he was thinking, tells you he meant 'get rid of' nad not 'kill'. Even if you 'thought' he was lying you could not be certain and thus that is doubt.

That means no case. NONE.
