No one is creating make-believe "crimes", like the Biden/NY DOJ did to Trump.....This time over a years ago Social Media post where he posted the image on the left.
Comey claims he was walking the beach and saw it and took the picture based on his understanding that it meant 'fire' or 'get rid of'.
The Trump DoJ says 'we can read your mind and can state for certain you meant 86 as in 'kill'...' and based on that they have charged Comey.
And make no mistake as the entire DoJ case will have to be them trying to prove they know better what Comey meant, as they can read his mind and what he did not mean is the VERY COMMON use of '86' which is 'fire' or 'get rid of' and instead he meant 'lill'.
If Trumps DoJ cannot PROVE they can read his mind, they will lose. Likely before it even gets to a court.

Weird how all of Trumps charges, along with those in his Campaign and in his Administration, when allowed to run the process, get indicted and get convictions.
Strange how all the Trump attempted prosecutions get laughed out of court before they even start.
No irony or hypocrisy there as one set are legit and the other BS and that is exactly what the court process is set to filter out.
Weird that these charges are filed in Communist strongholds like Manhattan.
Strange how a corrupt judge pushed through convictions for acts that are not even questionable, much less illegal.

the problem you have is you are lying.
The charges against Trump, his Campaign team, his first Administration were filled in both Red and Blue states and with both Republican and Dem judges sitting over them.
And Trump, his Campaign team, and his first Administration got convicted BY THE BOAT LOAD, and they lost law licenses BY THE BOAT LOAD.
Weirdly despite non stop investigations by COngress and Special COunsel after Special Counsel, all trying to get Bill, Hilary, Obama and Joe Biden for their 'clear guilt' magots say exists, they ended just the same way these current Trump prosecutions as they got laughed out.
As i always say there are one of two options at play :
1 - Republican and magats are actually corrupt as shit, so much so they almost never win in court, while Dems are innocent, so much so no convictions can be gained
OR
2 - Magats are so incredibly stupid and Dems so genius that despite Republicans and Trump being innocent the Dems can get them anyway and despite Dems being so corrupt the Magats always fail even when it is Republican Special Counsel, and Republican judge.
