WE dont know Obama's position other than the first Amendment, so how would we know that Reid and Obama dont agree?

The two have not offered inconsistant statements so how do you know they dont agree?

There are violent radicals in every religion. I'm more leery of right-wing Christian radical McVeigh types in this country.

I'll do some research and get back to you. But I hate studying religions.

In America you are supposed to have the right to worship as you please. You are allowed to try to spread your religion under a civilized set of rules. We are supposed to have a separation of church and state to keep religion out of government and vise-versa. If a religion is against all this and uses violence or subversion, then yes I'm with you. But I'm not ready to declare war on Christians because of McVeigh, and the same goes for Muslims.

I'm talking about the principle. Your comments on the entire matter have been thoroughly revolting to anyone who understands what America is about. The founders would never agree with the sentiments you have expressed on this board.

70+ % of the ENTIRE country agree with me....the mosque should not be built near the WTC site....and for the record, we all know they have the right to build it...you're out of step with the consensus pinhead.
