if 'shall not be infringed' can mean limiting the types of arms, then 'congress shall make no law' can mean limiting types of religious institutions.

I wouldn't call that apples to apples, but at least you're the 1st poster to try to make a legitimate argument on the comparison.

Your president, who wasn't obligated or required to even open his mouth about this, made an astounding statement in support of the mosque being built. Now that the poll results are coming in, and you are seeing this is not a very popular idea at all, among the voting public... you are backing away from "supporting" the mosque, and challenging people to prove you EVER supported it! Nooo.... You were just standing up for religious freedom and constitutional principles... you really think this mosque a bad idea, like everyone else! LMFAOooo... I've never seen a pinhead RUN SO FAST!

I don't know about Jarod, but I don't give a rat's ass about what the polls say.

I am in favor of defending the US Constitution. Being right is not nesessarily popular.

What's being posted here is the actual theocratic beliefs of islamists.

You choose to ignore facts so you can feel cool with all the other anti-american elitists.

As soon as someone associated with this community center tries to destroy the nation, you have my permission to nail them.

But what I see is a bunch if people going crazy because people of the same religion as the terrorists want to build this community center.

The people involved with this project have not attacked anyone, have not sworn to destroy the US, and have not done anything but live peacefully in our nation. In fact, most of them are US citizens.

What is being posted here is hate-mongering at best. The people involved in this project have done nothing illegal and are american citizens.

It's a 13-story building.... and it will have a mosque occupying one floor.????

I guess that explains it....only one floor ? WTF ? Is that half a mosque???
