Another billion-dollar company bailing on California

As I said, they’ll be alright, only ones seemingly over concerned with are MAGAs, and they have the largest homeless population because they have the largest population
You can't blame Democrat problems on anybody else, anchovies.
And the thing that cracks one up on demagoguing the supposed “billionaire” tax is that billionaires don’t pay the tax the critics claim, Trump showed us tax is easily to avoid if you have an army of attorneys and accountants. I have been hearing the same regarding New York for decades and personally I can attest the State and NYC is doing fine
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Your denial knows no bounds, anchovies!

My brother is in the Bay area right now on business helping create a competitor to Elon's Starlink. So much intelligence and creativity is concentrated in that state.

CA's not going to miss KB Homes. It's no wonder trump voters pick on CA. They're stupid and can't grasp how much product comes out of the state that equals the world's 5th largest economy.

But you posted they build sub-par homes. They can't get good help in CA. No surprise there...

As I said, I can't make you understand why CA is losing major corporations and billionaires like Bezos and Musk. Perhaps you can call them and ask.

Last time, I never said some businesses aren’t leaving, rather, California will carry on, it ain’t going to look like some of those ruby red States existing off Government bailouts anytime soon

A lot of businesses are leaving, anchovies.
You can't blame your high welfare rate and government bailout money on anybody else, anchovies.

...and most of it is fraudulently obtained.

I say they don't have the quality craftsmen. Idiots build junk...
KB does with tract housing what a lot of bigger developers do these days. Most of the house is manufactured at a factory as pre-assembled panels and these are then assembled on site. This eliminates a lot of errors in framing as the crew on site only needs to put the panels together in the proper order.

That's more Pulte's style.
I see zero difference between those 2. Loathe subdivision shitheads.
KB, Pulte, Suarez, Idgaf. All garbage.
I would not buy a home built by any of them, because I already know.
Things will not be up to what they should.
Owait! I remember now, it wasn't those assholes, it was "US Homes" that had the 3" out of square exterior walls and shit concrete.
I may not like them other 3, but US Homes was the worst.

The USN still complies with California EPA laws. That is a fact.
They really do not. The California EPA banned nuclear powered aircraft carriers and submarines, and the US Navy ignored that ban, and the rest. The US Navy does coordinate with the US EPA, and California DTSC on clean up, but even there is not under it. Both are doing the same clean ups, so it just makes sense to work together.

What the Navy does not do is run its Florida ports under the California EPA rules. The power cable crates are meant to protect the power cables from getting scuffed. Having the insulation scuffed off is not of much ecological danger, but will tend to electrocute people. They are dealing with huge amounts of electricity in a salt water environment.

LOL - this entire thread is about how KB is leaving so now they can build sub-par homes in Arizona :)

trumptards are so jealous of California. They all long to be invited to the cool kid's table, but they suck so they can't. As a result they shit all over CA - total sour grapes.
