You dont understand discimination. Some parctices can be outlawed, as long as done across the board. Now if we said, only Mormons cant marry mutliple women... then we would be disciminating.

Two different things, moron. 1st says we can't prohibit the 'free exercise' and taxation would prohibit 'free exercise' and make it a 'taxed exercise' instead. When they made Roy Moore take down the 10 Commandments monument, that was a discriminate action!

What about Mexican-Americans. Catholics actively participated in the genocide of between 20 and 50 million of their people. Shouldn't they be allowed to prohibit any Catholic Church from being constructed near any of their homes or communities?

Not to dispute your central point, but do try to get your geneological history straight. The Mexican-Americans are, for the most part, descended from the very people who committed the acts of atrocity against the American part of their heritage. Considering the larger part of their heritage, they're a lot more prone to be followers of the Church, not opponents.
