I'm in an interracial marriage and an old has been washed up old drunk rock singer, Eddie Money, made a racial comment to my wife while at the hotel she manages and I had to be physically restrained from kicking his ass. You should of seen the look in his face when i said "Hey mother fucker that's my wife your talking to!". I just happened to be at the hotel to pick her up from her shift and was sitting in a chair nearby so he had no idea I was her husband until he made his comment and I got pissed. I thought he was going to shit himself. I started walking towards him and was restrained by one of his roadies and two bystanders. If they hadn't of I'd of kicked his ass right there on the spot and it was pretty obvious that was my intention. I was furious. I was going to call a local rock station and tell them what happened but my wife talked me out of it. Didn't want that kind of publicity for her Hotel.

You didn't ask for names that are used as regularly as Byrd... you asked for other examples of racist Dems. Byrd is most used because he was the biggest racist in DC. You asked for others... I provided some.

I just pointed out that Byrd's name is always used when a quick fix is needed for "Dem racism."

I hope Roger Clinton sticks going forward, though...

As for Dr. Laura... Why do we care if she mentions that they say that on HBO or on MTV? Seriously? This is what constitutes "racism" nowadays? Pointing out a word you can hear elsewhere is "racism"?

DR. LAURA: I didn't spew out the n***** word!

CALLER: You said "n*****, n*****, n*****" and I hope everybody heard it.

DR. LAURA: Yes they did, and I'll say it again: n*****, n*****, n***** is what you hear on HBO.

DR. LAURA: Why don't you let me finish a sentence? Don't take things out of context. Don't NAACP me, leave them in context.

To me, its a hatefull word and should not be used, by Dr. Laura or by black people, or anyone else.

I'm not endorsing the criticism of her; I have always thought we're over the top on PC & charges of faux racism.

My only point is that it's hilarious how Byrd is brought up over & over again when it comes to leftie examples.

I am happy Dr. Laura got called out.
