No. Use the ignore feature (which JPP already has), stop reading the threads, or start your own forum.

If someone wants to post 30 threads a day on a political forum, that's their speech. Others have the ignore button or can scroll past. Capping volume because it annoys a few people is just another form of censorship dressed up as 'forum health.' Free speech includes the right to speak a lot.

A board with a handful of active members online shouldn't need artificial limits on any one voice.
