Yes. And lots and lots of media coverage. Well, maybe not on OAN and Fox. lol Politicians take note. Mass rallies are much more effective even than polling. Some simpletons believe that if a single rally doesn't result in some immediate change, it was pointless. Many rallies on the same grievances not only send a strong message to the powers that be, they result in solidarity, inspiration, and unity.

If there's one thing that fascism can't stand, it's when the citizens unite against it.

Yep they are just old hippies that are reliving their youth for a day. It is pretty funny. No one takes them seriously. BTW my dog understood me and did what I wanted so talking to a dog is probably better.

I'm not sure about people taking them seriously.They have been practicing here for weeks.... Seriously ...they're having dress rehearsals.... It's very amusing.... The porta potties are up😉 The medic stations are set up... It's an hour after all....

They thought the cuts would only affect those other people. You know, the lazy non-white slackers in (D) cities. We'll see how they feel when they have to drive 50 miles to get to a hospital because the close one closed. They'll be excited when the nursing home tells them that mom's Medicaid was ended so come get her. Will they cheerfully contribute to the increase in panhandlers in town because so many vets lost their food stamps?

From what I have been reading the cuts are going to hit a lot of red states hard and when the do it is going to be too late to go back.

I hope that (D) candidates in the midterms will start pointing out the coming changes.

I suspect that rural and red state citizens are going to get the brunt of it. Sadly they've been sold a bunch of b.s. about "illegals" receiving benefits and they believed that and supported the cuts.

Well from what I have been reading AL and FA and some other reds states stand to lose a lot when all the cuts for SNAP / Medicare / and Medicaid finally go into effect.

Reichwingers just can't fathom that concerned, patriotic citizens will take part of their day to go join with others to support a cause w/o being paid. Apparently since they can be bought, they believe everyone else can be, too.
