Belligerent steward a hero?

Why is the media presenting this guy as a hero?

If a passenger did this he would probably be going to jail, but the fascists nazi controllers don't want that reality to be broadly considered, so they're making him into a hero, as the law will not be enforced on him, so the sheeple won't awaken.

C'mon man, who doesn't love a employee that cusses out rude passengers, flips everyone off, grabs a beer and jumps out of the plane to slide down the emergency ramp?

that's freaking awesome!

Take this job and shove it!

So many people would love to tell there bosses to "take this job and shove it" these days. The economy is such that they cant, but to these people this guy is a hero. I have some measure of respect for the guy for listening to his gut and not putting up with shit anymore.

Jeeze, I did that back in 1980. Haven't had a job since!

I admit i love him. But the media would not be such a cheerleader for this person if it were a lowly passenger.

I think its because people can relate to an employee who has to put up with rude customers, shitty pay, and unsavory working conditions. This is a freaking legendary story of the average, put-upon working schmuck!

Passengers are on that plane voluntarily. They don't have to be there. This employee dude had to be there, that was his job.

I'm still LOL'ing over grabbing the beer and jumping out of the plane. That guy is awesome!

he doesn't have to work there.

The media is backing him because he's the corporate proxy. My usual experience is the stewardesses and steward-homos are the rudest people on earth. But of course, to make the corporate paymasters happy the media will villify the passenger who didn't apologize to some nelly-sterical poof.

What if this steward had been straight? would he still be a hero?

I realize we've entered the realm of the purely hypothetical.

My Dad didn't assault him. He simply responded to the other guy's assault. :pke:

Your father may have been insulted; but he was not assaulted.

Assault is a crime of violence against another person. Assault refers to an act that causes another to apprehend an immediate harmful contact.

Unless your father was scared where the guy was going to put his finger.

Yeah that's it- he was scared of the guys finger. :cof1:

Is he really queer? That would explain his not dealing with the rude passenger in a manly way, then reacting as a emotional child. :palm:

Projection. He wasn't wearing a short skirt like you and bending over. He must have been scared of the guy sticking it in his eye.

It does appear that you're attempting to make some form of denigrating comment; but unfortunetly, for you, it has no bearing on me and therefore is ineffectual.
Whereas you have just presented that your father was afraid of being skull fucked.

Not at all. If you want to wear women's clothing by all means knock yourself out.

Yeah I can see why he'd be instinctively afraid of the guy sticking his finger in his eye and react that way. Wouldn't you? I think we should go with that story.

There really is no reason for you to project your proclivities, publically; but if you find it really necessary, go right ahead.

No where in your presentation did you state that the person in question made a movement towards your father's face.
All you mentioned was that he flipped your father the bird.

Are you also suggesting that your father would lie, to avoid being held accountable?? :palm:

I love quiting jobs. Although I may never have another boss.

I quit on my partners who thought they were my bosses about a year ago. I gave up a large chunck of money by doing so, thats why they thought they could jerk me around, they thought I would not give up that money. I belive however I ended up making more by quiting than by staying.

It sure did piss them off!
