He did not. He took the case and found that Trump and his staff were dealing with Russians during the election. He found that Manafort was providing Russia with regular polling data. Stone was the liaison with Repubs and communicated with the Russians regularly.
Trump's campaign chair and Sec. Advisor made substantial contacts with Russians. They even assisted the Russian hackers in targeting those to hack. Mueller detailed Trump's efforts to interfere in the investigation too.
Mueller did not charge Trump because the FBI had a policy to not to indict a sitting president.

Trump said Mueller wrote a report that totally exonerated him and you magats repeated that.

The Senate investigation report lead by Republicans and authored by Marco Rubio was far more clear in its indictments of Trump and his Campaign and the russia stuff and putting forth their FACTUAL FINDINGS of how the Campaign and Russia were working together.

So if Mueller exonerated Trump you are saying what "Mueller should have apologized for giving Trump a report to counter the Senate one that was so indicting of him and his campaign??'

Fastlane is simply not smart enough to not catch himself in his own obvious lies. it cannot both be true that Mueller exonerated Trump with that report and that Mueller did bad things and owes Trump an apology.

if you believed the Mueller report exonerated Trump than you would be enormously thankful for it as a counter to the Senate Investigation that was so very damning and indicting of Trump and his campaign.

Mueller did his best to indict Trump and his family and he found nothing. Then he wanted ridiculous obstruction of justice charges. So yeah Trump is pissed at Mueller.
