Nonsense. A court case cannot be used as evidence of defamation, that is black letter law. Two legal principles guide this;

Absolute Privilege: Statements made in court are generally protected under absolute privilege. This means that witnesses and parties cannot be sued for defamation based on what they say during legal proceedings.

And

Qualified Privilege: In some situations, statements made outside of court may also be protected if they are made in good faith and in a context that warrants such protection.

I don't blame you, but if you have evidence that a person tried to poison you, you have a duty to protect others by reporting the incident and exposing the fast food place that did it. Otherwise the perpetrator is free to do it to others.

I'm in Southern California and wear a MAGA hat all the time. As well as NRA shirts and Chad for governor attire.
